Meet the West Palm Beach Team Behind Brandt HVAC Co West Palm Beach

When your air conditioner quits in August in West Palm Beach, the person who shows up matters as much as the parts on the truck. We built this crew around technicians who live in Palm Beach County, know which neighborhoods fight salt-air corrosion, and understand that a 3 p.m. repair call in Flamingo Park means working on a roof that’s been baking since sunrise. Every Brandt HVAC Co West Palm Beach technician is background-checked, identity-verified under the Threshold Standard, and sent to your door with a name and photo before they arrive. No surprises, except good ones.

Our People

Marcus T. – Lead Service Technician

Marcus has spent 14 years working on residential air conditioning along the Florida coast, and he’s seen what salt air does to condenser coils in neighborhoods from El Cid to Northwood Hills. He holds EPA Section 608 certification and handles everything from refrigerant diagnostics to full compressor replacements. His specialty is finding refrigerant leaks that other technicians miss, partly because he’s patient and partly because he keeps an electronic leak detector calibrated like it owes him money. Marcus drives a truck stocked with 9 major residential brands’ parts, and he’ll tell you honestly when a repair buys you years versus when you’re throwing good money after a dying system.

Sophia R. – Senior Installer

Sophia came up through new construction HVAC before switching to residential service, which means she’s installed systems in everything from 1920s bungalows to recent townhouse builds near downtown West Palm Beach. She’s the person we send when a job requires careful ductwork modification or when a homeowner wants a heat pump configured for Florida’s shoulder seasons. Sophia is NATE-certified and particular about static pressure readings, drain line pitch, and sealing every return properly. She grew up in Lake Worth and still judges a good install by whether the system holds temperature on the hottest August afternoon without running nonstop.

Danielle V. – Service Coordinator

Danielle is the voice on our phone line at 2 a.m., and she’s been doing this long enough that she can usually identify whether a clicking outdoor unit is a capacitor or a contactor from the sound alone. She schedules every visit, sends the technician’s name and photo before dispatch, and keeps a running log of each customer’s system history so we know what was done last time. Danielle lives in West Palm Beach proper and has a soft spot for senior customers who need someone to walk them through what a written estimate actually covers. When she says a technician will arrive in a certain window, she means it.

James B. – Apprentice Technician

James joined our West Palm Beach crew after completing his HVAC training at Palm Beach State College, and he’s working toward full certification under Marcus and Sophia. He rides along on maintenance calls, handles filter changes and drain line flushes, and shadows every major repair so he learns the trade the right way. James is originally from Jupiter and genuinely enjoys the puzzle of airflow problems. He’s also the one who reminds the rest of us to drink water on 95-degree attic jobs, which makes him more useful than he knows.

One Standard, Every Job

Every technician on this team works under the same rules, whether it’s a 9 p.m. furnace repair in February or a routine AC maintenance visit in April. The written price comes before any work starts, on every single job, with no exceptions. The written guarantee comes with every repair, stating exactly what’s covered and for how long. And if a repair fails within the guarantee period, the return visit is free, no argument, covered by the 365-Day Done Right Promise. The Threshold Standard means background-checked, uniformed, identity-verified technicians at every door, and if anyone arrives who you weren’t told to expect, that visit is on us. Devin Marlowe, Owner, set these rules for the West Palm Beach location, and they’re not optional. The name Brandt comes from an old word for a firebrand, the glowing piece of wood that carries heat. It fits the work. We don’t cut corners when the system that keeps your home livable hangs in the balance.

Call (728) 220-0996 any hour. A live person answers, and we’ll tell you exactly who’s coming to your door before they arrive.
